Dim sum at the Canton doesn't disappoint. It's always fresh, authentic, and delicious as it should be. My only issue is with the service, which is inconsistent depending on who is serving. The hired staff is preferred over the owners, as they are more friendly and patient with customers. The owner isn't unpleasant per se, but just a little too involved and expectant. Love the restaurant overall, either for dimsum or an authentic Chinese dinner item. The service fades into the background with food that good! Read more

About 3:30 New Years Eve afternoon we picked up our order and headed to the camp which took about another hour and a half, thinking that our food will be cold! By the time we got to camp and got unloaded we decided to think of our food and though we had to heat things up again! BUT, to our suprize our food was still very Hot and Very good.
