I recently purchased some bathroom tiles from Decora. I was helped by a woman named Tara. I just wanted to comment on how amazing and friendly her service was. First, she was very kind in helping me find beautiful tiles that would fit my tight budget. There were several delays and complications in the shipment of the tiles which was a bit frustrating, and she handled the situation with such care and courtesy that it made all the difference. I have never experienced such amazing customer treatment in the home reno area. The other people at Decora whom I had little bits of interaction with also seemed very friendly. Makes me totally happy to recommend Decora to others. Read more
