I bought a product from this store under the premise that it was new. By new I mean...unused. When I opened up the drive on this device I found a CD. The CD was clearly a hand labelled disk that was used within the store. When I called the company to ask if it was normal practice to sell an item as if it was new...even though it clearly was not. The staff member said 'I'm not seeing that it's much of an issue'. Apparently...selling used merchandise as though it was new...is an acceptable practice for this store. Buyer be ware.
