    Was so upset with...

    Was so upset with how I was treated. He came into my house and from the start was rude, told me that front loader machines were known to leak and he could replace the rubber seal but it probably wouldn't fix the problem. I responded by saying there was no point since it was brand new. I have recently talked to him and they insinuated my w/m was filthy, covered in soap and hair. I was beside him the whole time and have pics proving this was not the case. Would not recommend them to anyone.

    In response to your review I am sorry that you feel you were treated poorly. After inspection of your machine, I could find no obvious cause of the leakage except that door gasket had signs of debris and undissolved soap, that could have been causing the problem. I offered to change the door gasket for you under warranty, which you refused. I have since changed the door gasket for you and apparently that seems to have done the trick. At no point did I insinuate that your machine was 'filthy' I just pointed out to you that the door boot should be kept wiped and clean after a few washes. I have been in business on Saltspring Island for 17 years and value my customers and try to provide prompt, reliable and efficient service. Please call if I can help you further. Sam
