If you want good, basic sushi in Maple Ridge then Hamada is the place to go. I always order a california roll and I am never disappointed. It is on the larger side compared to others, is not overloaded with rice, and is sprinkled with black sesame seeds. Their rolls are definitely a good value for the price. The dressing on their garden salad is amazing. I think it is a mixture of apple sauce and vinegar, something like that. Their bento boxes are a good deal during the lunch hour.
