If my boyfriend and I want great food that never disappoints we make the teck from Maple Ridge to Charlie's it's hands down our favorite place to eat and the fact that they have gluten free options is even better as I have celiac and finding places that have a clear menu for gluten free and is safe and understanding and doesn't judge me for something I can't control. My FAVOURITE restaurant in Victoria. I know why my husband likes it here but it is my favourite too. They have a lot of kinds of alcohol and cocktails and light meals and are spi c and span. The restaurant was near the hotel, and a friend of mine recommended us to go, so we did. First, we were a big party, but we didn't had to wait for a table. Service wasn't bad, but there are things that i would change, the waitress refilled every drink when she wanted without asking and without saying that the refill wasn't free. Over to the food, it was well cooked, as ordered, tasty and it was worth the price, the amounts where for grown up adults, not for kids like in most places. As we where a big party, the only table that was available for us, was at the bar, but the ambience was good, the music level was bearable. Read more
