I have to say that I`ve been to many other vets in the past and the Monkland Vet has really impressed me. Everyone working there is so caring and very courteous. Dr. LeBlanc really went above and beyond my expectations. She was very understanding, patient and knowledgeable. I would not trust any other clinic with the care of my pets!

The food was good, but not exceptional; service was good. there were three of us; two totally blind and one partially sighted person who had trouble reading the menu, especially after they put the lights down so it was difficult for us to know what was on the menu. Food and service were good, but the music was a bit too loud, especially with hearing aides on. When you can't see at all or hear properly this makes the situation uncomfortable.

Best gyro I ever had. The portion of meat was generous and the meat was so flavourful and tender. The bread was warm and soft like it had just been made fresh. I order from them regularly and each time it s as good as I remembered.

After buying a new battery for my key fob I got a message that the battery was low. This is the third battery I have had to buy. I took the car to the dealer. The technician gave me some lame excuses as to why I was getting this message. The upshot of this is that he told me to go to the dealer where I bought the car.
This is far from being good service!

I spent 1/2 hour trying to find sesame seeds. I asked one store clerk but she didn't know where. After checking every aisle I asked another lady- Debbie. She tried to find them but wasn't successful either. When I was already at the cash Debbie came to me with a bag a sesame seeds that she located at the fish counter. Amazing service from Debbie. Kudos to her!!!!

Les commentaires négatifs (en anglais) semblent grossièrement exagérés se viennent sans doute de concurrents frustrés. Je suis client à ce garage depuis de nombreuses années et je suis satisfait.
