SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

Gabriel was very helpful over the phone. Some stuff on the website had no price, but he went through everything with me and provided me with prices on the spot. He was very kind to me and answered all my questions. Brett was also very helpful and was prompt to send me an item (no charge) which i thought was missing (i found it and called him back). but they were both extremely helpful and kind, and responded within 24 hours to all of my emails. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work.
