Walked in today very busy. was served great food probably the best a&w ive had in a while. Staff was great but i was served by a great guy couldnt quite catch his name it was somewhere along the lines of mudrada or something. looked like they were under staff but he was great always smiling working hard. great to see youth hard working. will be eating there again soon. never written a review before but i knew this place deserved a review especially with its awesome staff members. Great value - Great Food - Great Service We went to Cravings for Valentine's and it was simply one of the best dinners we have had in Vancouver. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. They had a great selection of 4 starters and a selection of 4 entrees. We had the " best of both worlds" - an awesome combo of seafood, chicken and steak. The tiger prawns were huge and grilled to perfection. The double bittersweet chocolate cake for dessert was outstanding in both presentation and taste. Great selection of wines - reasonable prices and a very quiet setting. We came here for ‎the dinner, show and dancing. Every table had a good view of the stage. The Abba tribute band was fantastic. The service was excellent. The food was very good & We shared the 3 & 4 course options. We started off with endive salad, mussels, daily pasta special of Italian sausage in red sauce that was cooked al dente, risotto w/ porchini mushrooms & pork tenderloin. This is my measuring-stick for good food in Vancouver. This is my awesomeness in a meal. I've been here twice. Both times for my birthday. Both times the waiting staff were wonderful (even bringing out a birthday cake with my name on it), but even if they weren't, I'd come back here for the food. This place is an indulgence - bare that in mind - you're not here to skimp with a salad, you're here to try amazing game done RIGHT. I've had the venison, and I've had the wild boar. My mom has tried the game hen (so I had some) and I can't remember what else. It was so good that I honestly thought I should take it into a room and be alone with it, maybe buy it a drink and tell it how pretty it was before devouring it. Tender, succulent, rich, decadent - I don't think there are enough adjectives to describe how good the food is here, my tummy just growled because I'm writing this review instead of getting myself to DF's ASAP. Honestly - the place is romantic - it's awesome for a candlelit anniversary dinner. The food is stupendous, and the service is excellent. Now you see why they're my measuring stick, non? Read more
