I love any place where I can take my puppy. Petsmart is a great place to take your dog to go get groomed. For an extra $10.00 you can get an express groom, so your dog is never kenneled and its done in less than an hour. It worked out to be $67-77 each time I go. The selection of snacks and dog food is great. I wish they had more dog clothes, as the selection is usually limited and they do not carry enough winter gear. The floors are always spotless and if you pet accidentally pees/poops, there are stations nearby where you can clean it up. I wasn't planning on doing training, but I'm so happy with how Kelcey teaches me and my stubborn/intelligent puppy! I called the Regent store as that is where delivery items are pkgd & sent out & spoke to the Mgr.To resolve he arranged to have the missing pack plus 1 more delivered to me even though I live on the other side of the city. which far exceeded my expectations. Pretty much always have a good experience here. Only complaint is sometimes they should open another lane during a rush of customers at checkout. Most of the time they do, but I’d say about 30-40% of the time that is not the case. Otherwise it’s a great store.
