You can submit a service issue directly through the Rivian app or call the 24/7 Rivian Service Support Team. Our team of service advisors will set out the optimal repair plan to get you back on the road. The service center has a waiting room with Wi-Fi, water, and snacks. I took my car in to have my brake light wiring checked. Tyler helped me; he's a very personable professional. He found that the wiring issue was only minor so he corrected it without even charging me. He even changed my bulbs for free. His honesty and kindness is unmatched compared to some other auto repair shops I've been to. His is now the only shop in Brampton I'll go to. Read more
